The company's products
The LubSeal range of products are high-performance compression seals (glands) designed for industrial applications. The use of three unique components - lubricant, elastic core and outer fibrous layer - gives these products a number of advantages over traditional seals. The product has a longer service life, enables faster installation and has a wider range of operating conditions (pressure, temperature and environment).
The ExSeal range is a dynamic packing capable of absorbing high dynamic loads from rotating equipment. The external wear layer makes it possible to considerably extend the service life of the seals, ensure their safety and minimise the possibility of leakage from the sealed joint.
The company's product, Quick-Seal, is a quick-fit flange seal made from polytetrafluoroethylene foam. The Quick-Seal is made from a very plastic material that allows the gasket to retain its shape even under heavy compression. Quick-Seal is suitable for all applications except the melting of alkali metals and some fluorine compounds. The product can be used in temperatures from -240 to +270 degrees Celsius, at pressures from vacuum to 200 bar, and pH values from 0 to 14.
Inpro / Seal is a labyrinth seal without contact between dynamic and static parts, providing continuous protection for the bearing. Due to its features Inpro / Seal more than doubles the service life of rotating parts. Inpro / Seal is used in the construction of turbines, gearboxes, electric motors, pumps and bearing blocks.
